Right of Withdrawal

At Minecraft Signs, we operate on a print-on-demand business model, meaning each product is custom-made upon order. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or change of mind. Want to know when we do offer refunds for our products? Do you buy something other then our print on demand products? Then you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 30 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period shall expire 30 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund to you all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs, without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction. In any case, you will not be charged for such refund. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back in full and in good condition.

If you received “free goods” from us when purchasing the goods you ordered, you must also return these “free goods” in full and in good condition at the same time. Failing which we will not make any refund.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 30 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs and ensuring the product is safely returned to our warehouse.

If you use our reply number/return label, please note that the risk for the return remains with you, the consumer. Should the product get lost during the return, this is your risk. We therefore recommend (for higher order values) insuring your shipment and keeping a shipping receipt.

Financing Agreement

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. If the consumer uses the right of withdrawal and the product was financed with a financing agreement, the financing agreement is automatically dissolved.
