What if my order is damaged?
We will honor returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or your order is incorrect due to our error, please notify us within 30 days.
- Please note! Do not send back a return without prior approval. Unregistered returns will not be accepted.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel anytime before your order is processed. Simply log in to your account and check your order status to see if cancellation is still available.
Do I pay return charges?
No, since we only accept returns for damaged products, we will cover the return shipping costs in those cases. If you return a product without our approval, we will not be responsible for any return shipping fees.
