Order without account
You can order without an account! Please note, however, that without an account you cannot control certain things around your order history as easily.
Login to your account
Your account contains your order history, order status and personal settings. Would you like to log in or create an account? Then you can do that here.
Problems logging in
If you are unable to log in via the login page. Then there are several things you can do.
- Forgot your password? Request a new password. You can find this button on the login page under the password field.
- Try logging in with Google or Facebook. You may have registered an account with your Google or Facebook account. This way you also do not need a password.
- Is it still not working? Report your question to our customer service. Then we will try to help you.
Newsletter preferences
Unsubscribe or change your preferences
When you subscribe to the newsletter you will receive periodic newsletters from Minecraft Signs. If you want us to stop sending you newsletters you can always unsubscribe. The fastest way is to use the unsubscribe-link at the bottom of the newsletter. Processing your unsubscription is usually immediate, but can take up to two business days.
Other e-mails
If you order from Minecraft Signs then we may keep you informed about your order via email. We may also email you about things like recalls or other order or account related issues. You cannot unsubscribe from these types of emails.
